HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN THE TUBS
Our standard hot tubs are suitable for 4 - 6 adults.

HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE?
Set up and installation takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your water pressure. Once the water reaches a certain level your unit will be switched on ready to heat the water. Please note the hot tub will continue to fill for approximately another 90 minutes after our delivery team have left.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FILL THE HOT TUB
This depends entirely on your water pressure on average our hot tubs take between 2-3 hours to fill.
CAN YOUR HOT TUB GO ON THE GRASS
Our hot tubs are suitable to go on the grass, however your grass can be damaged due to the lack of oxygen. After a week or so the grass should recover and you will no longer see the evidence of the hot tub.
CAN THE HOT TUB GO ON DECKING
Yes providing your decking can accommodate at least 1000kg for the hot tub plus at least 80kg for each person using the hot tub.
CAN YOUR HOT TUB GO ON A PATIO
Yes, Patios providing they are smooth are perfect for the hot tubs. Our hot tubs come with a mat for them to sit on, providing extra insulation and comfort.
