Service Description

Your hot tub hire is only one click away with our easy online booking system. Please choose the day and time slot you would like your hot tub to be delivered. Your hire will start the next day. Our minimum hire is 2 days. For example, if you want to be in the hot tub on Saturday and Sunday, you need to book your hire from Friday (This will be your set up day and you will be able to use it from the following day. The cost for 2 nights is £120 in the above example pick up would be on the Monday. Please note we do not set up or pick up hot tubs on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays so ensure you have booked enough days to cover this. For example a Thursday delivery is a minimum of 3 nights hire, with collection Monday. Easter Bank holiday is latest set up Thursday with pick up Tuesday = 4 nights hire. Extra night hire is £20pn with a maximum of 6 nights hire. Once you have confirmed your booking we will send you an automated email to confirm your booking. Our team will contact you in due course to go over your booking to confirm your time to set up convenient to both parties. Our hot tubs are set up the day before you wish to use your hot tub to allow the chemicals to disperse and the water to heat up. Please note we do not set up or pick up hot tubs on weekends or bank holidays. If you wish to use your hot tub over the weekend the earliest day to set up is Friday for use Saturday and Sunday and we will pick up Monday. Costs: Up to 2 nights use £120 extra night use £20pn. Maximum hire 6 nights use. Terms and Conditions: Your hire starts from the day after your Hot Tub is delivered: this is to allow time for the Hot Tub to reach adequate temperature. Hot Tubs can take up to 24 hours to reach maximum temperature. A mains socket, internal or external will be required for our 7m power lead to heat up the Hot Tub. Please note extension leads are not permitted. A hosepipe attached to a water outlet must also be provided - this can be either a hot or cold tap.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable. If you need to reschedule your hot tub a minimum of 7 days notice is required. Please contact us to reschedule.
